Understanding the Brand

The leadership team was already quite clear on why they exist: to enable multi-generational adventures. This is built to be a place where grandparents can bring their grandkids, and groups with people ranging from 5 to 80 can enjoy fun together. The brand workshop helped us collaboratively create a brand purpose, brand associations, brand promise, and positioning statement, all of which are now shared with new and existing team members to keep everyone unified and energized toward to the common goal.

Evolving the Identity

The brand initially looked like a zipline company for thrill-seekers. The new brand brought a friendlier color palette, a professional-meets-casual font pairing, and new phrases that bring the multi-generational focus to the forefront.

Upgrading the Website

We built a site faithful to the new brand, and gave careful attention to organizing and cross-promoting the many activity options. The result was a 42% year-over-year increase in conversion rate.

We built local awareness using a variety of online and offline media. Out-of-home advertising in the Twin Cities region included billboards and a bus wrap. We improved digital ad quality and targeting on Facebook, Google, and other platforms, and our tracking allowed for reliable ROI reporting. Messaging and imagery extended to print materials such as brochures and print ads.
